MEMBERSHIP

Learn more about USA Curling individual memberships- Youth, Basic, Coach, Competitor, Silver, and Gold.  This new membership model aims to provide value and meaningful connections to the national organization for curlers of all levels and clubs of all kinds.

Learn about the Minnesota Curling Association’s initiatives and member benefits.  The Curling Center pays the MCA dues for each full-season member.

The Twin Cities Curling Association (TCCA) is working to help support members and clubs in the metro.  Currently, their three main goals are new curler recruitment/communications, curler retention/skill building, and financial grants (seeking to find where the needs are greatest).

Purchase a curling membership HERE. (NOTE: Memberships are for those with curling experience (members of another club, playdown participants, etc.), league participants, or those that have attended a learn to curl class in Chaska and are looking to build their skills during open practice time.  Do not purchase a membership if you do not have curling experience as we do not want to risk injury to you or other guests and do not want to damage the ice or equipment.)  Only members with significant curling experience can bring in up to 3 guests (nonmember fees apply and waiver forms must be signed) during designated practice times.  Our group events or learn to curl classes are the best way to get on the ice with an instructor and have a fun and safe experience on the ice.

Pick up your membership card at the curling office.  When registering for a league, a membership will be added to your purchase if you do not already have one.

2025-2026 memberships are effective Oct 1, 2025 – Sept 30, 2026 and get prorated quarterly throughout the season.

Membership benefits include:

  • Practice opportunities when ice time is available
  • 10% discount at the Crooked Pint Ale House
  • Buy one range token, get one free at the Chaska Town Course
  • 10% discount on an annual membership at the Chaska Community Center (full-season Curling memberships only)
  • Required for league play

MEMBER ICE RENTAL

Practice ice must be reserved in advance of your visit.  Currently, members can RESERVE A CURLING SHEET at no charge up to 5 days in advance.  Weekend ice is often in high demand.  Limit your time.  Update the Curling Center if unable to make a scheduled practice.  Your sheet assignment is not guaranteed; the Curling Center may move reservations around to accommodate other programming and maximize ice availability.  A member with significant curling experience can bring in up to 3 guests- stop at the desk for payment and to sign liability waivers.  Larger groups should look to do an instructor-led event.

Nonmembers- Only those with significant curling experience (league playing members of another curling club or participants in USA Curling playdowns) can rent ice.  All people in the group MUST meet this requirement.  Contact the Curling Center for participant verification and to initiate the booking request.
